01 / Who we are

Three divisions, nine practices, one rule

NEXAPORT Advisory is an independent professional services firm based in Abuja, Nigeria, incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020.

We work across three divisions. Advisory covers management and strategy, research, monitoring and evaluation, international trade and market access, technology advisory and sector advisory. People covers human capital, recruitment and staffing, together with training and capacity development. Learning covers education coordination and tutoring, and the digital platforms we are building to connect verified educators and professionals to learners, schools and employers.

We serve businesses, government institutions, development organisations, educational institutions and individuals across Nigeria and West Africa.

We advise on trade and never trade on our own account. No inventory, no client funds, and no commission from any vendor we recommend.

Vision, mission, objectives and values

02 / Three divisions

Advisory, People, Learning

Most firms sell one of these and subcontract the rest, and the client absorbs the cost of every handoff. We hold all three.

Advisory

01
We need to decide something, prove something, or reach a market.

Management and strategy, research and evaluation, international trade, technology advisory and sector advisory.

People

02
We need the right people, and we need them to perform.

Executive search, recruitment, staffing and HR systems, together with training and capacity development.

Learning

03
We need instruction — verified, coordinated and accountable.

Education coordination and tutoring, and the digital platforms we are building to connect verified educators and professionals to learners, schools and employers.

03 / How we work

Four commitments, in order

  1. 01

    Diagnose before prescribing.

We establish what the problem actually is before we propose anything to solve it.

  2. 02

    Scope in writing before starting.

Objectives, deliverables, timeline and fee are agreed on paper before work begins.

  3. 03

    Deliver against agreed criteria.

Performance is measured against the criteria set at the start, not against impressions.

  4. 04

    Leave capability behind.

The engagement ends when your people can carry the work without us.

Principal-led engagements

The person who scopes the work stays on the work.

Our principals lead every engagement personally, and we measure ourselves not by the reports we deliver but by what changes for our clients.

The associate model

Specialists are engaged for the mandate, not carried as overhead.

We operate an associate model, drawing specialists to each engagement rather than carrying fixed capacity — so the people on your engagement were chosen for your engagement.
