Values
We keep to our promises, and our clients can be assured that our recommendations are driven solely by their best interests. We take no position in a client transaction, accept no commission from any vendor we recommend, and never charge a candidate a fee.
We take work from raw concept to finished solution, and hold every stage to a standard that would survive a board review, a donor assessment or an audit. Where we cannot meet that standard within the time and budget available, we say so before we start.
We build teams around the problem, not around who happens to be available, and we work side by side with our clients rather than in a silo. Every output is peer-reviewed inside the firm before it reaches delivery.
We stay until the outcome exists, not until the report is delivered. Every engagement has a named lead who is accountable to you from the first meeting to the close.
