Education Coordination & Tutoring

Vetted educators, matched properly, coordinated end to end — and somebody accountable when they are not.

Positioning

Finding a tutor is easy. Finding one who is qualified, verified, reliable and genuinely suited to a particular learner is a coordination problem — and coordination is what usually breaks down. We recruit, verify, certify, match, schedule and supervise, and we remain accountable for the arrangement after it starts.

How we vet

Every educator we place is verified before they meet a learner: identity checked against a government-issued document, qualifications verified with the issuing institution where obtainable, employment history checked, and a minimum of two referees contacted directly by us.

Every placement has a named coordinator at NEXAPORT, accountable to the family, school or organisation for the whole arrangement and not only for making the match. If an educator becomes unreliable or unavailable, replacing them is our responsibility and not yours.
